To access the NSW RPA System, each user must have the correct user account type. There are two account types: Service Provider and Behaviour Support Practitioner (read below for more information). Select the correct account type in the drop-down box below and populate the form to request a user account for the NSW RPA System.

If you have any concerns about using this form or accessing the NSW RPA System, please email restrictivepracticesauthorisation@dcj.nsw.gov.au before proceeding with submitting a new user request.

Service Provider user

Apply for this user account type if your organisation implements restrictive practices with NDIS Participants, and you need to access the NSW RPA System to:

• lodge Submissions to authorise restrictive practices, or
• convene and chair RPA Panels.

Please note your organisation must first be registered in the NSW RPA System to use this account type.

Behaviour Support Practitioner user

Apply for this user account type if you are an NDIS registered behaviour support practitioner that:

• develops behaviour support plans (BSPs) with NDIS Participants,
• or supervises the development of BSPs.

Do not register your organisation to use this account type.
